
📜 Real Edge Dispatching – Terms of Service

Welcome to Real Edge Dispatching (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
- Services Provided
Real Edge Dispatching provides independent freight dispatching services for carriers, owner-operators, and trucking companies. We assist with finding loads, communicating with brokers, negotiating rates, and managing dispatch operations.
- Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years old,
- Legally authorized to operate as a motor carrier or owner-operator,
- Licensed and compliant with FMCSA/DOT regulations (if applicable).
- Responsibilities of Carriers
- Maintain valid motor carrier authority and insurance.
- Operate safely and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Provide accurate information to Real Edge Dispatching.
- Accept responsibility for the safe transport and delivery of all freight.
- Dispatch Fees
Carriers who contract with Real Edge Dispatching agree to pay the dispatch service fee outlined in their Carrier–Dispatcher Agreement (options may include percentage-based, flat per-load, or flat weekly fees).
- Payment Terms
- Payments are due in accordance with the Carrier–Dispatcher Agreement.
- Dispatch fees remain payable whether or not the carrier receives payment from the broker or shipper.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
- Limitation of Liability
Real Edge Dispatching is not a carrier, broker, or shipper. We act only as an independent dispatch service provider. We are not responsible for:
- Delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, shippers, or brokers.
- Loss of revenue due to downtime, cancellations, or non-payment by brokers/shippers.
- Termination
Either party may terminate their agreement with written notice in accordance with the Carrier–Dispatcher Agreement.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
